At Strollers and More we strive to make every online experience a joyful one. Our goal is to simplify your life one box at a time. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your order.
We currently do not offer cash/card refunds for purchases. Store credit may be issued for items you are not satisfied with. From date of purchase we will honor store credit within 3-4 days from point of contact.
If the tags are detached from the item(s) in any way we will not issue a refund or store credit or any kind.
Strollers, car seats and high chairs ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. STORE CREDIT OR REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Store credit will be given after the item(s) have been mailed back to us and thoroughly inspected. For hygiene reasons, items cannot be accepted if they have been opened or worn.
